Starter projects are delivered in 2 business days. Enterprise projects with custom design take 5 business days. Our agency will confirm your timeline after you reach out.
Absolutely. Our agency builds every Wrapped experience from scratch using your brand colors, fonts, logo, and visual identity. Enterprise includes custom illustrations and motion design tailored to your brand.
Our Enterprise package includes a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) so your data handling is fully covered. For Starter, we provide guidance on anonymizing data before upload.
Yes. Starter includes 90-day hosting on our global CDN. Enterprise includes a full year plus the option to deploy on your own domain with zero WrappedDFY branding (white-label).
Our agency offers a 'Mini Wraps' retainer for clients who want ongoing recap content. After your annual Wrapped is delivered, we'll present retainer options during the handoff call.
Payment is due in full upfront. If after 2 revision rounds (Starter) or 5 revision rounds (Enterprise) you're still not satisfied, we'll refund 50% of the project cost -no questions asked.
